Privacy Policy
How Citium handles information on its research publication surface.
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Overview
Citium is a public research publication site operated by OVRIN Labs. The site is built for reading papers, design documents, roadmap material, and related research pages. It does not provide user accounts, comments, checkout flows, paid subscriptions, or visitor dashboards.
This policy describes the limited information that may be processed when someone visits the site or sends editorial correspondence.
Information You Choose To Send
The inquiries page submits editorial correspondence through Citium's intake endpoint. Citium receives only the information the visitor chooses to send through that form, such as name, email address, affiliation, subject, message body, and any follow-up correspondence.
Editorial correspondence may be retained as needed to review citations, respond to corrections, evaluate collaboration requests, maintain publication records, and protect the integrity of the research archive.
Technical Information
Like most public websites, Citium's hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the site. This can include IP address, request path, browser details, device information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Form submissions may also pass through edge security checks, rate limits, and temporary operational logs used to prevent abuse and confirm delivery.
Citium does not use advertising cookies, cross-site advertising profiles, or account tracking. Any provider-level diagnostics or analytics are used to understand site health, performance, security, and aggregate readership.
Sharing
Citium does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host, secure, route, or operate the site and its email systems. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect the site, or to address abuse, security incidents, or publication-integrity concerns.
Your Choices
Do not send confidential or sensitive information unless Citium has agreed to receive it. Visitors who want to correct or remove correspondence they sent should contact Citium through the inquiries page with enough detail to identify the message.
Changes
Citium may update this policy as the publication surface, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the current version.
