Use Of The Site
Citium is a public research publication site operated by OVRIN Labs. By using the site, visitors agree to use it lawfully and without interfering with its availability, security, or integrity.
The site provides papers, research notes, design documents, roadmap material, citation records, and editorial correspondence paths. It does not provide user accounts, paid services, hosted communities, or commercial checkout flows.
Research Content
Citium publishes research and design material for informational and scholarly use. The material may be revised, expanded, corrected, or withdrawn as the research record changes. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice.
Citations, discussion, and critique are welcome. Visitors must not misrepresent Citium's work, remove attribution, imply endorsement, or present modified material as an official Citium publication.
Correspondence
Messages sent through the inquiries page are editorial correspondence. By sending a message, the sender authorizes Citium to review it, reply to it, and retain it as needed for citation requests, collaboration review, errata, press handling, publication records, and site administration.
Do not send confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or sensitive material unless Citium has agreed in writing to receive it.
Acceptable Use
Visitors must not use the site to:
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, infrastructure, or data;
- submit malicious code, abusive messages, spam, or unlawful material;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that degrades the site; or
- interfere with citation records, publication assets, or site integrity.
External Links
Citium may link to external publications, tools, infrastructure providers, research sources, and OVRIN Labs surfaces. External sites are controlled by their own operators and governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided as available. Citium does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Citium and OVRIN Labs disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Citium may update these terms as the publication surface, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The date above indicates the current version.
